Aromatherapy
Aromatherapy works with the life force of plants, using their pure properties in essential oils in a natural therapy which can improve psychological, physical and physiological well being.
Sport/Remedial
Soft tissue therapies including sports and remedial massage uses modern techniques on the neuromuscular and fascial body systems and include deep tissue techniques accupressure and trigger points along with passive stretching.
Reiki
Reiki is a non-invasive therapy using life force energy flow to balance health and for well being. A gentle treatment, suitable for all ages and dispositions.
Advanced
Advanced techniques include Pregnancy therapies, juvenile treatments and reflexology, massage, aromatherapy and Reiki for Chronic conditions including Cancer.
Aqua Massage
Aquamassage is a treatment that is performed on warm water cushions.
Thai Massage
Thai massage stretches the muscles back to their normal resting length.
AromaTouch
The AromaTouch technique uses specific essential oils and a very light touch.
